Most people know me through my Instagram platform, @annephung. I post my daily life: the highs the lows and all in between. When I was 1 1/2 years old My family and I moved to America. If it weren't due to the dedication of my parents, I may not even be here today sharing my life with people like you. In order to give them a chance at a more successful future, I focused on my goals and worked hard in order to reach it. I had a plan to go to school, graduate and get an employment that was good. Then I wanted to have a family and a wife. My idea of success was to go to university after graduation, and then find a corporate job. Then I'd get married to buy a home and have kids. However, life was not so sure. The job I held in 2013 was one I had a fear of. The status and wealth did not bring me joy. I thought I was wasting away my time to make a living. In 2013, I discovered that my true passion was fitness. I also enjoyed getting out and about to help others. On the path towards this direction change in my life, I discovered the personal training I needed. I began my business in the year 2014. It is my seventh anniversary this year. There are a few Asian women in the industry. As an instructor, my aim is to motivate others to live a healthy and fulfilled life through creating sustainable lifestyles that cater to each individual's needs and goals. In addition, I wish for people to feel empowered to achieve their goals and achieve anything they desire in life. My career exploded as I experienced the greatest success of my life. However, my mother passed away at the same time that my career began to take off. She has won the eight-year struggle with Scleroderma. Then she's in Heaven, and I always have her close to my heart. It is true that life has a way with giving us precisely what we require, even when we're unable to comprehend the lesson in this moment. My mom's death changed my life in so many ways and I am convinced that my mom offered me a second opportunity to live my life after her passing. She passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance give me a second chance at living an enjoyable, fulfilling and fulfilling life. As I enter the 30's I am more vibrant than I have ever. I can truly say that I live my life today and not just surviving just like I did in the past. I share my life and experiences with you, hoping that you will resonate by my experiences and words so that you can be aware that you're not the only one, to know that you are beyond capable of anything you put your heart into. the fact that real love is there and therapy is a necessity and normal as health is the greatest form of wealth.
