Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler, a Z-grade movie critic, is famous by her scathing appreciation of stupid action and horror films. The reviewer began her journey around the middle of 2009, after she was famous on their forums. (Under her former handle Obscurus Lupa), she was invited to be part of the Channel Awesome team. The website remained online through the beginning of the year 2015 when Obscurus Lupa Presents was redesigned into Movie Nights. The channel also hosts two podcasts on her channel, both of which cover the Charmed series and co-hosted together with Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. The show reviews horrible film that is aimed at kids, RiffTrax and live shows. It also occasionally features adult-oriented comedy. Her first review was in the middle of 2009. She gained a lot in popularity thanks to the Channel Awesome forum before becoming part of their family. There have been numerous appearances in Channel Awesome, from Atop the Fourth Wall through Phelous & the Movies. She was a part of the Channel Awesome family alongside Doug Walker and would often appear on episode of the Nostalgia Critic.
